PROCESS (HOW DOES IT WORKS):

MOTO TRANSACTIONS:-

þ MOTO (Mail Order Telephone Order) has to be enabled for ATW.

þ As per this, ATW can use the corporate Lodge card by punching in the card details on the card machine.

þ Payments happen to the ATW directly as a result

RECONCILIATION:-

þ Reconciliation between the bookings done and the outstanding on the card will be done.

þ A reconciled statement will be sent to the corporate end of every month

þ Corporate can make payment to BANK as per the outstanding on the reconciled statement.
